My first Engagement Session!

Yesterday I had a blast shooting my first engagement session with Amy and Brandt! They were a ton of fun and up for just about anything I could come up with...including climbing hills, hiding in tall grass, asking random old people if we could use their barn, and getting a little wet and sandy on the beach. I couldn't have asked for a better couple to shoot for my first one!

I'm working on editing all the photos I took, but here are some to tide you over.

A Beginning...

Dear Friends, Family, Clients, and Fans...

With my first, real, live engagement shoot coming up next Sunday and bookings trickling in, I finally have something to talk about!

I'm really looking forward to the engagement shoot with Amy and Brandt. I went to high school with Amy, and haven't met Brandt yet, but I can only assume he's a stand up guy. As an added bonus, they're bringing their son for the first part of the shoot. I'm looking to get more creative and more technical than I ever have in the past with these photos. It's an added treat the session will be in my hometown!

I'd like to thank everyone who has recommended me to their friends, family, and acquaintances to help me get started.
